Training for Growth, Artistry
and Confidence
Every dancer's journey is different. My approach is rooted in the belief that great training goes beyond technique. It cultivates artistry, confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of movement.
I strive to create an environment where dancers feel challenged, encouraged, and seen. Technical excellence is important, but so is learning how to communicate, take creative risks, and develop an authentic artistic voice. Whether a student is preparing for competitions, auditions, performances, or simply pursuing personal growth, my goal is to equip them with the tools they need to thrive both in and outside the studio.

Group Classes Hosted @

I am proud to partner with Circle's team to present group classes for students ages 6-18 years old hosted at their campus in Southwest FL. They were a major part of my childhood training and I have been an instructor in their program for the past 10 years.
For more information about who they are and the classes I will be hosting there, visit explorecircle.com today.
SUMMER

Contemporary
& Floorwork
INTERMEDIATE – ADVANCED
During the school year, there is often little time to slow down and explore movement in depth. This class creates space for exactly that.
Through floor exercises, technique drills, and phrase work, dancers will focus on improving flow, transitions, movement quality, and efficiency. Students will explore a variety of dynamics while building confidence both on and off the floor. Repetition and exploration work together to help dancers move with greater freedom,
intention, and artistry.
Technique Training
& Tricks
INTERMEDIATE – ADVANCED
Strong dancers are built through
solid foundations.
This class is designed for dancers who want to increase their technical abilities while developing the strength, stability, and body awareness necessary to train safely and consistently.
Training is individualized to each dancer's goals and may focus on flexibility, balance, turns, leaps, strength development, conditioning, overuse injury prevention, and specialty skills or tricks.
Whether you're working toward a specific milestone or looking to become a more resilient and versatile performer, this class provides the tools to get there.
